HotlineLLM is currently in an experimental phase. The platform is actively being tested, and features, availability, performance, and pricing may change without notice.

By creating an account or using HotlineLLM, you acknowledge that the service is not production-grade for all use cases and that outages, data loss, bugs, or incomplete functionality may occur during testing.

You agree to use the platform at your own risk and not to rely on it for mission-critical workloads unless you have made separate written arrangements with us.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of HotlineLLM, including the website, API, worker software, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use the Service.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose security or abuse risks.

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to distribute malware, to attempt unauthorized access, or to process content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

You are responsible for prompts, data, and outputs you submit through the Service, including when using your own workers or storage.

During the experimental phase, data handling practices may evolve. We process account and usage data as needed to operate and improve the Service.

Enterprise and advanced configurations may use customer-owned storage; you remain responsible for securing and complying with requirements for data you control.

If you contribute compute resources as a worker operator, you represent that you have the right to use that hardware and that you understand reward mechanics may change during testing.

HotlineLLM does not guarantee earnings, task volume, or uninterrupted worker polling.

Paid plans, token allowances, and overage rates are described on our pricing page and may be updated during the experimental phase.

API access is included in paid plans as described on the website; promotional or test accounts may differ.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOTLINELLM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

We may update these terms as the platform moves beyond experimental testing. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
